Stayin' Out of Trouble, Vancouver Style

I am in Vancouver!!! Yay! I am having a blast. I am here with my Dad, which essentially means that everything we do has the words, priority, elite, or VIP on it. Haha, so I am feeling pretty princess-like :)...Ken says this is why I can be such a brat, I don't know what he is talking about I am an Angel ;).

Today and Tomorrow are the two days where my Dad is not working so we are packing a lot of fun stuff into the next two days! The next little part of my blog is going to be VERY VANILLA! so bare with me here I am just having too much fun not too share!

Friday morning we got on the plane, we skipped all the lines with his Priority Status, then we chilled out in the Elite Lounge at the Airport. It looks like this: (I couldn't find pictures online so these are my actual pictures)

When we got to Vancouver we rented a car, went out for lunch.

and then my Dad had to go to work, so I went shopping on Robson st. Which is some awesome shopping.

When my Dad was done work I went and picked him up and we went back to the hotel and checked in.

Then we went out to dinner, it was delicious!

Saturday Morning we woke up, had some fruit for breakfast and then headed out to the Capilano Suspension Bridge.

Then we drove across the Lions Gate Bridge

Spent some time at Stanley Park

Went to the Vancouver Aquarium

We headed back to the hotel, to drop off the car and our treats from the day. Then we walked to find some supper and decided on Thai food.

Now later tonight we have decided to go to watch an improv show, and are currently chilling and
watching television.

I love spending time with my Dad, I don't get to very often so this trip is very special to me, and we are having a lot of fun. I do reaallly miss Ken though and I wish he was here doing all of these things with me! He is having his own fun though, he is currently a cabin leader for the weekend at the camp where we met, so I know he is having a blast! unfortunately that means I can't talk or text with him until monday afternoon (N).

On an even happier note, I am totally not in trouble at all, I have been SUPER good :) love it. I am planning on staying that way and have joined Christina in her 30 day challenge! So far it has been 4 days (that is pretty good for me!)

I love Ken.

It's all just so much fun!

This year I decided to make Ken a whole bunch of Valentines Day treats.

Ken is a Chef, and he loves trying weird foods, also he is kind of on a bacon kick right now.... so....

 made chocolate bacon cupcakes

chocolate covered bacon strips

peanut butter balls

huge peanut butter balls with carmel or bacon inside

and plates for my roommies!

....I went a little crazy hehe, but it was lots of fun!

Ken got me flowers and a ukulele...yes a ukulele :) hehe

Then we went to dinner. We were planning on going to the KEG...but we changed our minds. We decided to go to Denny's instead. I know huge difference hehe. In the end we decided that it wasn't super important to either of us to go somewhere fancy and we would rather save the money and go somewhere we both love. So Denny's it is!  Hehe

Then we saw a movie, it was great :)

What If...

This is a thread questionnaire on LDD network. Ken and I did this together and it was quite fun so I thought I would share it here as well :)

1. What If your girlfriend gets a speeding ticket?

Talk to her, if it happens again then spanking for every time after that

2. What if your girlfriend texts and drives?

lecture and spanking. No warnings.

3. What if your girlfriend talks on the phone and drives?

 lecture and spanking. No warnings.

4. What if your girlfriend wears pants?

...I will admire her bum? haha doesn't matter she can wear whatever she wants. 

5. What if your girlfriend throws something across the room in anger?

It depends on what she is throwing and why. But I can imagine several scenarios where that would end in a spanking. 

6. What if your girlfriend argues with you about something?

I listen, and depending on her attitude she may have a sore behind. 

7.What if your girlfriend smokes a cigarette?

It just would not happen. 

8. What if your girlfriend spends over 100 dollars without asking?

We are not married yet so there are no consequences for this. She handles her own finances at this point. 

9. What happens if your girlfriend get in between you and your children?

We do not have children, and I don't understand this question. 

10. What if your girlfriend lies?

spankins. with the cane. 

11. What if your girlfriend curses?

soap, and spankin'

12. What if your girlfriend loses the car keys?

hugs and kisses and prayer to find them (she swears by praying for lost things) and we will find them together. Maybe a little irritation at her losing them.

13. What if your your girlfriend tells you to be careful or slow down on the road?

I would be careful and slow down on the road...but if she keeps nagging I will hit the "ejector seat" button.

14. What if your girlfriend goes outside barefooted?

I would wash her feet after?...this only a problem if it's winter, but she's smarter than that so...

15. What if your girlfriend leaves the house (for an extended period of time) without asking?

She doesn't need to ask, but I would like to know where she is (if it's a long time). 

16. What if your girlfriend went to a bar with her friends and had a glass of wine?

Kudos to her for trying wine again!...haha she hates it

17 What if your girlfriend backtalks?

18. What if your girlfriend went through your cell phone?

this happens all the time, it drives me bonkers. she loves it, let her enjoy the little things (he was laughing pretty hard as he said this one) 

19. What would you do if your girlfriend cried/begged her way out of punishment?

It would probably make the punishment worse, for not cooperating. If she was genuinely upset we would stop and discuss and then proceed with the punishment when she is ready.

20. What would you do if your girlfriend did not clean the house?

We do not live together...but the answer would be " feel her forehead, there is something wrong if she has not cleaned the house, we may have to go to the hospital" 

This was a fun exercise to do together...a couple we hadn't really thought about before hehe :).
