Dear Those on LDD

If you are reading this and you can help me please do!
I cannot get back onto the LDD network, I have tried with my old e-mail and get this in return....

Ken has also tried opening his own account, of which I can use to talk but will be in his name, and he is not getting the e-mail that you use to confirm your e-mail address so we are unable to move forward.

If you can help me figure out what is going wrong, or can help fix the problem it would be highly appreciated, I am missing the chat time and the network itself now that I am allowed back on!
